NBC Universal cable channel Syfy to make movies

Stay Healthy This Season!


Unfortunately the common cold is likely to strike children three to eight times per year and adults about two to four times per year. Notable for putting someone out of commission for seven days on average, this virus may last for as long as full two weeks. So lets try to do what we can to stay healthy
1. Wash your hands
2. Don't cover your sneezes and coughs with your bare hand (use a tissue or at the bend in your arm)
3.Dont Touch your face
4. Drink Plenty of Fluids
5. Take a Sauna
6. Get Fresh Air (especially cold air)
7. Do Aerobic Exercises Regularly
8. Eat Foods Containing Phytochemicals (dark green, red and yellow fruits and veggies)
9. Eat Yogert
10. Dont Smoke
11. Cut Alchol Consumtion
12. RELAX
